nutritionhelp.com exists to help you to be healthy in an unhealthy world! Appropriate nutritional advice can help anyone who wants to fight disease and have increased energy and enthusiasm for life. Today more than ever we need to know how to eat for health – but because so much of our food is adulterated and lacking in nutrients, supplements are increasingly necessary. So how do you know which vitamins or minerals you need? And how much should you take? No two people have exactly the same requirements. A personalised programme can be formulated for you based on an analysis of your symptoms. Nutritional Therapy cannot claim to cure your health problems (and it is always wise to see your doctor for a diagnosis) but it can help you to achieve a nutritional balance where very many health problems – both physical and mental – simply cannot exist! I studied for three years at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London and qualified as a Nutritional Therapist in 1990. Having established a clinical practice, I went on to see many hundreds of people get well by following appropriate Nutritional Therapy. In many of the people I have seen get well, the root of their problems was often found to be an overgrowth of the common yeast, Candida albicans. I am in no doubt at all of its role in a wide variety of health problems. Everyone knows about thrush, but not everyone realises that Candida can play a part in a wide range of other symptoms and conditions. It really is the unseen and unsuspected enemy in many situations. But it can be beaten, and its associated health problems can be overcome! I have been overwhelmed by the number of times I have seen people with diagnosed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/M.E. respond to a nutritional programme for fighting Candida. I received medical approval to run a research project to investigate the relationship between the two conditions, and in 2005 my research findings were published in the Journal of Orthomolecular Medicine. The results showed that 83% of participants experienced improvement in one year (and could anticipate more), with one participant achieving 100% reduction in symptoms in just eight months! What is the most encouraging thing I can tell you? It’s this. For most of my life, until the age of 53, I suffered with constant ill-health. With a family of three children, life was a constant struggle. But I discovered that I had an overgrowth of Candida – and I also learned the harm I’d done to my body by eating unhealthy foods. Little by little I put together my Four-Point Plan for beating Candida. After so many years, it took a long time to achieve a break-through – but when it came, it turned my life around. I trained to become a Nutritional Therapist – and for the next sixteen years I worked flat-out to see other lives also turned around. Yours can be turned around, too! Now in my 70s, I am still very busy, though no longer available for personal consultations – which is why we have set up an online facility for you to receive the same type of nutritional advice which has been used to such effect by so many of my personal clients over the years. If you are aged 18 or over, why don’t you register now to receive an on-line Questionnaire so that you can receive a detailed report giving you personalised advice on diet and supplements? If you wish, you can choose to discuss your report with a Nutritional Therapist or be supported by an Encourager. I do hope you will let nutritionhelp.com help you to achieve a healthier life! Look at the rest of our website and be encouraged by what you read. For more information on a specific condition, you can click on any of the health problems listed above, and you will also find tabs on this site for some Frequently Asked Questions about Candida, CFS/ME and Fibromyalgia. But you can’t do better than request a personalised report from www.nutritionhelp.com by completing an online Questionnaire. I wish you Good Health! Erica White Dip.ION, FBANT
